By paying homage to the old tradition of finishing whiskey with oak barrels, but cutting them down and giving them a twist, a spiral-cut piece of wood came to life. We call it the “Spire,” and it gives our whiskey a sanctified, set apart flavor and character. At the event, you'll have the opportunity to create your own custom bottle of Oak & Eden Whiskey by curating every element of your personalized whiskey expression. You'll start by selecting your base - choosing from either Bourbon, Rye, Wheated Bourbon or 4 Grain Bourbon Whiskey. From there, you'll have the opportunity to choose your proof - either 90 proof or cask strength, your wood species for your spire as well as it's char level. And finally, you'll choose from nearly 100 different flavor infusions - from Port Wine to Honey and everything in between - ultimately creating a final flavor profile unique to your own palate and preferences. Our team will guide you through the selection process, you'll sign & apply your custom label and will leave with a one-of-a-kind bottle that will be ready to enjoy in time for the holiday season.
