Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the recruiting for all divisions throughout the company while reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position will oversee full-cycle recruiting including sourcing candidates, application/resume screening, interviewing, and providing recommendations on the most qualified candidates to management. This person will be responsible for candidate generation and building client relationships. Skills you bring to the table: • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs. • Help determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. • Develop Position Profiles and marketing tools for new positions. • Skilled at maintaining regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the success of recruiting plans and implementation. • Sourcing a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need. • Research and recommend new sources for recruiting. • Be able to convey company values and benefits to prospective employees. • Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the internal offer process. • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements: • 6 months to 1 year of experience recruiting for either an agency or in-house (Required). • Strong Internet research and social media recruitment skills. • Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency, advocating for candidates in an effort to surface and hire the best candidates. • Ability to manage work load in a constantly changing environment. • Flexibility and creativity in recruiting efforts. • Strong internal and external customer service skills. • Strong decision-making skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills.
