Maintenance Technician De Soto, KS We are currently hiring full time and part time maintenance technicians to work in our apartment community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Complete Service Requests • Make Ready Units for Occupancy • Painting & Sheetrock Repair • Light Plumbing and Electrical Repairs • Appliance Repair • Maintain Outside of Premises & Landscaping This does not include all job responsibilities but a general job description.
