This week we have three lunch options and are bringing back our delicious veggie rolls!
This Week's Menu:
Option 1 (vegan and gluten free):
-Two Sri Lankan Style Uran Dhal Lentil Dosai (made with curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dhal lentils, fenugreek seeds, onion, coconut oil and rice flour --- similar to a flatbread)
- Deviled Potatoes with Leeks and Carrots
- Dhal Curry
- Yellow Coconut Sambol
Option 2 (vegan):
- 2 Crispy Vegetable Rolls (filled with potatoes, carrots, leeks, turmeric, carry leaves, curry powder, black pepper, ginger, garlic all rolled up in a thin pancake/crepe, coated in breadcrumbs and fried)
- Served with a Side of Homemade Tomato Sauce
Option 3 (vegan and gluten free):
- Traditional Sri Lankan Rice (made with yellow rice, red onion, black pepper, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, lemon grass, rampa and curry leaves and coconut milk)
- Deviled Potatoes with Leeks
- Chickpea Curry
- Mild Cabbage Curry
- Veggie Salad
Sold Separately (vegetarian):
- 3 Egg Rolls with Sauce
- 6 Egg Rolls with Sauce
Desserts:
- Sri Lankan Sesame Seed Pancakes with Sweet Coconut Stuffing (vegan)
- Vegan Mango Ice Cream
- Vegan Rose and Cardamom Ice Cream

Lunches can be picked up at the rear entrance of the temple between 11:30AM and 12:30PM. Please call or text (815) 517-4753 with your first and last name when you arrive and we will bring your order to your car!
