Welcome fall with an evening of moving meditation!
Spend an evening engaged in relaxing movements to welcome in the fall season. Try selections from Qigong, an ancient, holistic practice of meditative movements. We will begin to lengthen and strengthen our breath to prepare for fall and winter.
