Join us for a healing evening of cacao, chill yoga, holotropic breath work, and sound healing! Blankets/pillows provided Sliding scale $20-35, venmo @kylee-odonnell or pay at door. Join Ellie, Kylee, & Chris for a magical Full Moon evening! Enjoy some delicious Cacao prepared by Chris to start, followed by a very Chill Yoga Flow with Ellie and extremely powerful Holotropic Breath Work. Enjoy all these while being soothed by Kylee's healing flutes. This is sure to be a wonderful evening full of love, release, and healing. We will be in the Luna Studio at Sol, blankets/mats/pillows are provided.
