David Otto-Cowles, EdD, director of religious studies at Centenary College
Dr. Otto-Cowles brings his expertise of world religions to The Oaks each month in an enlightening and entertaining hour. This month, he focuses on the Disciples of Christ faith, which grew out of two movements seeking Christian unity. The movements sprang up almost simultaneously in western Pennsylvania and Kentucky and were backlashes against the rigid denominationalism of the early 1800s. Seating is limited and masks are required.
