If you would like to reserve vendor space at this exciting event, please note the following logistics: complete and submit the vendor contract agreement and full payment by Tuesday, October 19th at 5 pm. What We Are Looking For: jewelry, accessories, clothing, etc...products that will benefit women of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds!
Cost: $650 total package for (3 nights & 1 day) OR $300 per single day.
The Finale Luncheon will be held here on Saturday the 30th at 12 pm (location forthcoming).
The cost above cost does not include the General Registration Cost ($50 to attend the conference) or the Luncheon meal (to partake in the meal it is a separate fee which is forthcoming - please contact 909.983.5269 for more information).
Vendor ‘Event’ Experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience with events of this capacity.
Vendor Location: Ministry grounds and outside courtyard with traffic flow. Vendor attendance will be announced to the congregation and Hostess and Usher assistance will be provided to direct traffic flow toward the area of vendors.
Expected of Vendor:
- Arrival / Set-up
- Provide own staff to set up / clean up
