Class Summary: Vegetables, rice, and meat are the focus in Korean cuisine. Korean food as a whole is very healthy. Spice and some bold flavors made with a simple array of ingredients. We will be learning how to create these simple, healthy, and delicious dishes.

Banchan (Korean Side Dishes), Pickled Radish, Quick Kimchi, Sesame Spinach, fried fish cake
Mandu (Pork Korean Dumplings)
DSM Culinary is a great environment to learn how to cook! We host a variety of classes, everything from sushi to insta-pots. The number one goal is to help give clients the skills and knowledge to cook a variety of foods at home and to just have fun cooking!
