Large Apartment Complex. 60+ Buildings in Ann Arbor. Buildings vary in size, from Ranch townhomes at 20Sq To the Large buildings at 211Sq. Lots of 60, and 80 Sq buildings. Crews will be responsible for tear-off, House wrap. And siding. No facia and soffit. Also all new windows and doors going in. There will be a Klear trim surround already installed around all windows and door, with a channel for the siding, so no J Channel around windows or doors. Only along soffits on Eves and Gables. This is a life changing project guys. Only serious, reliable, quality crews.
