Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) is created by the U.S. Department of Defense Committee on TCCC (Co-TCCC) to teach evidence-based, life-saving techniques and strategies for providing the best trauma care on the battlefield. NAEMT conducts TCCC courses as specified by the Co-TCCC’s guidelines and curriculum.
This 2-day course for medical providers is designed for military medics deploying to combat missions, civilian EMS personnel who provide operational support to law enforcement, SWAT medics, and anyone who wishes to further their knowledge in tactical medicine. Medical licensure is not required but it is recommended that you have some basic medical knowledge.
This course is CAPCE approved for 16 continuing education hours. Certification is valid for 3 years.
