In partnership with the Alliance for Diversity and Excellence and local schools, community partners and officials; InspireNOLA invites you to the Mother's of the Movement Educator and Community Roundtable. Join us and hear insightful words from three women who have shown true resiliency in the face of adversity: Tamika Palmer, the mother of Breonna Taylor, Gwendolyn Carr, the mother of Eric Garner and Sybrina Fulton, the mother of Trayvon Martin as they discuss their journeys and their response to national tragedies.
This event is free and open to the public with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and the panel beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 23rd at McDonogh 35 Senior High School (4000 Cadillac St., New Orleans, LA 70122).
