The seminar will consist of credit consultants, real estate agent, insurance specialists, home inspectors, and mortgage lenders. Topics of discussion include: 1) Credit Qualifications 2) Income Qualifications 3) Real Estate Agents Role in Home Purchase 4) Home Buyers Insurance: Protect your Assets 5) Choosing the right Home Inspector 6) Mortgage Lender: From Down Payment Assistance to Closing Interactive workshop with light refreshments literature provided.
