The beautiful and peaceful ZEN Relaxing Wellness Center has a variety of services to reset and recharge your entire body. We have limited seating of 12 Pre-Paid spaces in the private salt room to be filled with Sound Healing, which has the ability to reset your nervous system and bring you clarity and peace. SOUND = Frequency/Vibration. ZEN's therapeutic salt room is constructed from natural Himalayan salt, featuring lighted Himalayan Salt panels on the walls and Himalayan Salt covering the floor. The air is infused with rich negative ions, that have calming and detoxifying effects. Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy) can support the immune, nervous and lymphatic systems. Remove yourself from environmental pollution, technology, and the constant commotion of everyday life. Walk into our salt room and restore, relax, and renew! Denise Foster brings a beautiful, relaxing, meditative, musical journey of integrated Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, and more. Denise is a local Sound Therapist, performing in the Atlanta area. She's a Reiki Master/Teacher, specializing in Chakra Balance Crystal Healing sessions that incorporate Sound Healing. Her healing energy is amplified through the bowls. INSTRUCTIONS: Please note, due to limited seating, this is a PREPAID event and tends to sell out each month. Your ticket purchase will reserve your space. Participants are to bring their own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Please note this is a drug/alcohol-free environment. Please arrive at 10:45 AM and bring white socks.
