Pay per unit / weekly We need painters and maintenace techs for military family housing turns. Start ASAP. Attention to detail, self motivation, quality and reliability is expected. You must be able to pass a background check in order to enter the military base. You should have reliable transportation. Maintenance: Professional maintenance technician needed for a turn maintenance position. Previous experience in household maintenance is needed. This position will require jobs such as changing out blinds, garbage disposals, replacing light fixtures and ceiling fans, installing doors, checking and replacing smoke detectors, unclogging sinks, trouble shooting, etc. You will be responsible for providing your own tools. Maintenance parts and materials are provided. Painting: Experienced painters needed. The position will require prepping the walls and baseboards. Patching holes and sanding if needed. Applying paints to surfaces of walls and baseboards according to instructions. You will be responsible for providing your own paint tools. Paint is provided.
