We are looking for Janitorial Service Providers with experience in commercial/warehouse settings that serve the Racine area. You must have a TIN and meet our insurance requirements. What: Janitorial Contract-Racine, WI- Hourly Rate Where: Racine, WI Facility Size (est.): 500,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office mix. Coverage (Days/Hours): Monday – Friday, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Saturday and Sunday, 1st and 2nd shift. Estimated # of people needed: 25 SOW: Daily/Weekly cleaning of various facility spaces. Sweep/Vacuum/Mop/Scrub floors, take out trash, wipe and sanitize spaces. Refill consumables, dispose of trash. We provide: - Equipment/Machinery (burnisher, scrubber, wet/dry mops etc.) - Consumables (cleaning solutions, pads etc.) Sub-contractor Provides: - Labor - Propane for Burnisher - Safety Equipment Please submit an hourly rate, per employee for weekly cleaning. Please submit a price per square foot for LABOR ONLY for “scrub and recoat” and for “strip and wax” if you also offer those services.
