Join us for a guided tour of Springfield-Greene County's African American Heritage Trail Tour!
Are you curious about this history of our community as it relates to diversity? Did you know that there is a local group bringing light to days gone by and black history in our community? And the great news is that now you have an opportunity to learn more by joining YAFSGF on Saturday, Oct 2nd for the first ever tour of these historic sites. Free admission will include not only the presentations and historical anecdotes from local Lyle Foster & Cheryl Clay, but also shuttle transportation to each site, drink/refreshments along the way and free drinks/appetizers at a social afterwards at J.O.B. Public House / Grad School.
We hope you can join us for this unique opportunity! Please register for this free event so that we can calibrate & plan for shuttle transportation.
Thank you!
** Children are welcome, but since some of the subject matter is sensitive we recommend children over the age of ten years old attend. **
