Havas STREET, an event marketing agency, is hiring (3) staff to assist with the set-up/tear-down of an event space sponsored by a popular tequila client. We are hiring staff local to Hayward, CA to assist in the loading of materials from our warehouse in Hayward, CA into a box truck, and then travel to the event in Sacramento, and return back to Hayward the same day. Additional hours will be offered the following day to unload truck. Pay rate: $34/hr (before taxes, W2 employee - paid out within 2 weeks) Gig details: - Day 1: Tuesday, September 21: 8:30AM-4PM + 1.5 hours drive time back to Hayward - Day 2: Wednesday, September 22: 11AM-1PM Responsibilities for Day 1: - Assist our Logistics Coordinator in loading event materials and event assets from warehouse in Hayward, CA 94545 (full address to be revealed upon selection for interview) into box truck - Travel (in own vehicles) to the event in Sacramento; full address to be revealed upon hire, but event will take place in a bar on 20th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811 - Upon arrival, unload materials and set-up event space per brand/client instructions - Return to Hayward, CA in own vehicles Responsibilities for Day 2: - Meet Logistics Coordinator at warehouse in Hayward again - Assist in unloading truck and organizing all event assets and materials properly within warehouse Requirements: - Must be 21+ - Willing to travel from Hayward to Sacramento - and back - the same day - Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and moving around during shift - Have own reliable vehicle - Be willing to abide by CDC guidelines, such as wearing a mask and gloves when required (mask and gloves will be provided) To apply, respond with your name AND a resume!
