Job Duties: Respond to water damage and fire damage cleanups Extract standing water, remove wet building materials and perform mitigation services as needed Pack out contents to avoid damage for loss Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, ability to lift and move furniture around job location or back to our facility for storage when needed Ability to cut carpet and remove wood floors, walls and ceiling for disposal Setting of drying equipment Identify safety hazards, communicate and establish measures to ensure safety for employees and customers Must have valid CA drivers license with clean DMV record
