You have some of the basic security methods that should work for ballots within the system. The voter fraud you're completely overlooking is the voter registration fraud before any ballots are even mailed out. Any illegal can waltz into the DMV and get a DL. Once the DMV issues the DL, that person is automatically registered to vote and a mail in ballot will soon show up in their mailbox. Anyone - ANYONE - can register online. They can register as themselves, their dog, a comic book hero or anyone they want to make up. The don't need an address (just check the box that says I promise I don't have an address), and presto chango you're registered to vote as Mr. Ben Dover and Mr. Phil MiCavity. Voter fraud is rampent. We should go back to one day to vote, picture ID, verified registration and no liberal cheating!!!
