Rehoming vinny the cat

I'm looking to rehome my cat, Vinny. He is a 1yr 8-month-old cat that has only been indoors. I got him from the Oakland Animal Services shelter about 2 months ago and the commitment is a bit too much for me at the moment. He enjoys sleeping close to you/on your chest, chasing toys, and taking naps during the day. He is on the vocal side, so he will tell you when he needs some water, food, or a bit of attention. He’s a confident cat that does well with people and small dogs (idk about other cats, but he is very confident and playful). Vinny does swat at hands (without claws) and playfully bites sometimes when petting him. Being a younger cat, he is in need of attention, training, and playtime. He is litterbox trained but will go 1&2 outside of the litter when he is stressed out. I would prefer for him to go to a home with people who have prior experience as cat owners. Additionally, I think it would be best for him to be in a house where there is at least one person around most of the time. He is most stressed out when there is no one home with him. He is neutered and has all his shots and immunizations up to date. He will come with his litter box, bed, food, litter, toys.
