Guitarist/Singer looking for band mates for alt/punk rock band

I’m a 32 year old musician, and am looking for other people to play with. Ideally, I’d be playing guitar and singing. I have a couple of songs fully written and demo’d and another few riff ideas Id like to play with somebody else. Ive got a practice space at Oakland Music complex, and have an amp and a drumset, access to a PA and recording gear. Any bass player would need to bring their own amp. Some of the songs and riffs I’ve come up with are reminiscent of The Replacements, Hot Snakes, Teenage Fanclub, Menzingers, The Bronx, The Who, Dirty Nil, The Jam, Wipers.
