We seek candidates with a college degree, Microsoft Certification - Server or Desktop Infrastructure (a big plus!), and 1-3+ years of experience working in IT as a help desk technology support person.Must enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment. You will perform help desk technical support services utilizing sophisticated network monitoring software and ticketing system in this role.Responsibilities include supporting various corporate clients in a Microsoft Windows environment, including support for Microsoft Windows Servers, Domains, Microsoft Exchange Servers, and a variety of Cloud Products.Seeking qualified candidates with Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be well organized and handle multiple tasks successfully.Office located in Burlington, Ma - must be a good commute.Seeking a team player with an enthusiastic can-do attitude.An individual who is motivated towards constantly improving technical skills in and out of the workplace MCITP Certification College Degree Experience with Microsoft Window 10, 8, 7, MS Office 2016/2013 is required Experience with Accounting software, SAGE 100 or Yardi Voyager a plus.Responsibilities: Support of Microsoft Windows Servers, Exchange Server, Dell Sonicwall Firewalls, SSLVPN, workstations, laptops, accounting software, Strong knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP concepts, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues
