Looking to build a Film Team to create feature / short films

Hey! I am looking to build a film production team. Please note that, as of now, this is unpaid. The goal is to create our first film and once we are able to show what we are capable of, go to producers, etc. I have been in the film industry for 6 years. I have worked as an actor, writer, director, sound, stunts, fight choreography, grip and much more. I am looking to take my experiences and create a team to start making our own films. Looking for: Camera operator / Director of Photography (please note what kind of equipment you have. I have equipment, but it isn't the quality I want). Boom Operator (please note your experience and if you have equipment. I have great sound equipment if all you have is experience or are willing to learn). Lights/ Grip (Please note what equipment you have. I own a couple lights, mostly for photography set-up though.) Location Scout MUA Wardrobe Please feel free to to let me know any other skill sets you may have! Also note I have a bunch of equipment as well: High quality sound equipment/ boom set-up, lights, camera with a stabilizer (camera is okay quality, would like something better).
