Maintenance Supervisor Leads the on-site maintenance team and participates in troubleshooting and repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall, hvac, exterior structural, and appliances. Supervises team members and the physical upkeep and maintenance of both the interior and exterior buildings and surrounding property. Supervises and plans all apartments and common areas with preventative maintenance. Manages all aspects of the Physical Plant budget, scheduling vendors, purchasing materials and maintain stock, all within budget. Responsible for the training and development of the maintenance team as well as hiring and terminations. Ensures proper life safety and compliance documentation is current and in good standing.
