We, Teamlu, are seeking a morning person, morning person after coffee/tea, yoga/walk/run to start up our production line by using a chop saw to cut 1-3" tubes and other small metal shapes to length. Why a morning person, because you are the beginning of all things SunOrShade. www.sunorshade.com and we need you to show up on time and start us up. $200 hiring bonus when you meet attendance policy and receive a favorable review from your peers and superiors after 90-day probation period. You will cut metal shapes to the nearest 1/16" of inch. We provide training. You must be comfortable with a 12" chop saw or comfortable learning how to use a saw. At times you will use other small power tools. Core Responsibilities: *cut metal shapes to nearest 1/16" inch *measure to nearest 1/16" *follow safety protocol *use work order and ipad to check a box when you finish a task *maneuver 20 feet long by 1-3 inch diameter tubes safely *lift 50 lbs safely *capable of working in a diverse culture *Drug free work place policy Other Responsibilities *respect all co-workers *smile *as needed assemble products *pack boxes Benefits *Health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) *401K with company match *Company-paid short­term disability *Paid holidays after 30 days *Paid time off after 1 year *Volunteer paid time off (to volunteer for your favorite charity) Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional mandatory overtime requirements during the week, and occasionally weekends.
