All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS ROBBERY, 2021-09110020, N. Henderson Street at 13th Street N. At approximately 1:08 a.m. on September 11, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was walking in the area when she noticed the male suspect following her. He then approached her and began making sexual comments. The suspect allegedly grabbed the victim's buttocks and touched her inappropriately, while exposing himself and masturbating. The suspect then attempted to grab the victim's purse and a brief struggle ensued, during which the suspect struck the victim multiple times. The suspect fled on foot with the purse containing her phone, wallet and an undisclosed amount of cash prior to police arrival. The victim sustained minor injuries. Arriving officers canvased the area with negative results. The suspect is described as a White male, 5'5"-5'6", 25-30 years old, clean shaven, with a thin build and tattoos on his neck, wearing a blue shirt, jeans, and sneakers. The investigation is ongoing. ROBBERY, 2021-09110181, 1400 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 7:19 p.m. on September 11, police were dispatched to the report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that approximately 10 to 15 minutes prior, the victim was approached by the unknown male suspect who brandished a knife and threatened her while demanding her money and cell phone. The suspect then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash and the victim's cell phone. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5'10" with a medium build, wearing a white and blue track suit with the hood up. The investigation is ongoing. BURGLARY, 2021-09100037, 4000 block of 19th Street S. At approximately 4:51 a.m. on September 10, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that the known suspect forced entry into the residence multiple times, during which a dispute occurred and the suspect assaulted the female victim. The victim advised she was calling the police and the suspect fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.  The victim was provided information about the process of obtaining warrants.  ATTEMPTED BURGLARY (late), 2021-09100105, 1700 block of N. Moore Street. At approximately 12:24 p.m. on September 10, police were dispatched to the late report of an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 5:45 p.m. on September 9 and 8:00 a.m. on September 10, the frame to the front door of the business had been loosened and removed. No other items were reported damaged. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing. ATTEMPTED BURGLARY (late), 2021-09110180, 1300 block of 28th Street S. At approximately 8:23 p.m. on September 11, police were dispatched to the late report of an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 5:40 p.m., the victim and a witness were outside when they observed a window on the victim's residence had the screen raised.
