SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests: (Note: Patch is now not publishing the names of those accused of low-level or misdemeanor crimes, and will not publish the names of people wanted for warrants, as we do not know what those warrants are for.) On Sept. 6 at 2:57 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of the Sam's Club located at 300 Park Plaza Drive after the police received a 911 call of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, no such dispute was located and the police were unable to make contact with the initial caller. On Sept. 7 at 5:52 p.m., at 1 Park Plaza Drive the police arrested a 36-year-old female, of New York, NY for False Public Alarms [2C:33-3E]; police say she misused the 9-1-1 system by contacting 9-1- 1 without there being an emergency. She was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody. On Sept. 7 at 5:27 p.m., officers from the Lyndhurst Police Department responded to the Secaucus Police Department to transfer custody of a 22-year-old male, of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody. On Sept. 8 at 3:56 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairfield, NJ in the amount of $550 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Kearny, NJ in the amount of $500. Both the Fairfield Police Department and the Kearny Police Department released him on his own recognizance pending future court dates. He was issued six motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Sept. 11 at 3:44 a.m., while on patrol the Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle stopped in the area of Rt. 3 West and the exit ramp from Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 44-year-old female, of Wayne, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
