Beer And Books: Library Teams With Brewers To Celebrate 100 Years

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — The Anne Arundel County Public Library is teaming with local brewers to celebrate its 100th anniversary. The "Cheers to 100 Years" events take place at four breweries this week. Each business crafted an exclusive blonde ale to mark the occasion. A portion of the proceeds will support technology and program improvements at all 16 library branches. Library workers will be at each event from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. distributing "I Love My Library!" pint glasses in exchange for a donation. A list of the participating breweries is posted below along with their honorary beers, dates and hours.
