Shifts: 1st, 2nd shift Monday-Saturday during season Bonus: $300 Sign On Responsibilities: Help load, and feed raw materials into the machine. Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order. Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift Feed information akin to speed, shapes and sizes through the machine set up box Place parts in semi automated machines Calibrate machines at the beginning of each shift Recalibrate machines at the end of each shift Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running Troubleshoot problems during machine operation Ensure that regular and preventative maintenance procedures are carried out Perform random tests to ensure accuracy Perform safety checks on every machine Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times Create and maintain activity logs Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisors. Must be able to to work fast paced, climbing up small ladders. Qualifications: High School or equivalent. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written English skills. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of math and writing skills, ability to operate a computer, must understand quality procedures, properly read a tape measure. Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent or technical school preferred. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs, able to work 12 hour shifts, Standing, twisting, bending for 8 hours or longer, work overtime including weekends. For information contact: 559 725-4183
