We are seeking an outgoing, energetic General Manager in Training who is computer savvy and knows how to provide the best in class service to our community of wheelchair users. You will hone in on your sales, customer service, and management skills while also focusing on the financials of the location. As the leader and ambassador for the store you will drive sales by building relationships while holding your team accountable from Sales to Service. Your impeccable ability to network in the community will bring success and provide more clients with services needed as you continuously build lasting connections. This is a perfect opportunity to learn from some of the best leaders in the industry before stepping into managing your own location! The GMIT will train with a General Manager, Territory Manager, and Regional Vice President to learn our unique business inside and out, maximizing the chances of success once you're off and running with a team of your own. After training is complete, the GMIT will be expected to relocate to another location within the South region (NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, AR, or AL). Automotive Management is preferred, but not required – Simply the experience of managing others through a sales process and spirited nature is what we are looking for in our next amazing hire! Hours of operation 8-5, Monday through Friday and location is typically open 9-1 on Saturdays with rotating schedule or by appointment only. **Preventive measures are in accordance with CDC recommendations to protect our team and clients as it pertains to the COVID-19 Response**
