SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Police in South San Francisco are searching for two suspects in an armed robbery that occurred last Thursday at a business on the 300 block of Grand Avenue around 9:20 p.m.
As the suspects ran out of the store with a cash register, an employee chased them down and was in a "physical struggle" until one of the suspects took out a taser, according to South San Francisco police. Both suspects fled on foot and were last seen running west on 4th Lane towards Maple Avenue.
The first suspect was described as a white male between 40 and 50 years of age, around 6-foot-3 and between 180 to 200 pounds with black hair. He was wearing a black beanie, a black mask, a black and gray jacket, dark colored pants and boots.
The second suspect was described as a Hispanic male between 20 and 30 years of age, around 5-foot-7 and 200 pounds. He was wearing a black beanie, a red hooded sweatshirt and black shoes.
