We need a welder to repair an existing iron fence and gate in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood. The gate needs adjusting, the closer spring bracket needs to be re attached, and a strike plate needs adjusted/shimmed.
The job is at the alley gate of an apartment building that we own at 1746 N. Emerson St. There is parking behind the building while you work there.
