I have an old Vinyl lined freeform pool that is 21' x 38'. I want to remove it and install a new built-in pool. Need licensed Contractor to pull permits and do a nice job. New pool would need drains, rebar, plaster, tile, etc. This home is a rental property, so I do not have much to spend on a new built-in pool for the tenants. Call Duane if interested.
