Role Description: General labor that assists in load-in, set-up, strike, and load-out. The Warehouse Associate’s main role is assisting with labor tasks such as stage building, set piece placement, truss placement, case pushing, cable runs, and heavy lifting of various equipment. Responsibilities: Performs the Load-In and Load-Out of event equipment Load and unload trucks for shows. Assist with securing house, backline, and supplies. Assist audio, video and lighting crew as directed; Spotlight operation if required. Assist Audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc. Assist lighting crew with fixtures, lamps, gels cabling, etc. Hang and/or strike lighting instruments and sound equipment. Set and strike risers, chairs, music stands, props, and install floors. Responsible for hanging show banners. Install risers and other staging items. Operate and care for stage areas in a safe and clean manner. Other job-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Experience: 1-year minimum stage production experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems. Project Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and take direction. Work Ethic: Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently. Environment: Able to work in a face paced, time sensitive environment with moderate to loud noise level. Education: High School Diploma. Transportation: Must have reliable transportation. Ability to understand and follow specific instructions, sometimes from multiple supervisors. Skilled at multi-tasking or coordinating simultaneous activities. Some knowledge of event practices, stage safety and etiquette. Ability to work evening and weekends.
