Press release from the Town of Los Gatos: September 13, 2021 The Town's street repair and resurfacing work continues to move forward on numerous Town roadways including Winchester Boulevard. The Town's contractor has completed crack sealing of pavement on Winchester Boulevard between Blossom Hill Road and Albright Way.  The next steps include the application of rubber cape seal (rubber chip seal with slurry seal) and the installation of Class IV bikeways as schedule below: There will be lane closures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., but two-way traffic flow shall be maintained with traffic control on Winchester Blvd.  Please visit the Connect Los Gatos project website for more information and construction updates.
