Body Shop Porter needed for immediate opening to join our busy, professional collision center team at Sunset Chevrolet in Sarasota, FL! Successful candidates must be able to work independently and be hard-working, reliable, and dedicated. This role is vital to keeping our busy shop running strong. You will clear away scrap and other waste to keep our technician and office work areas safe and clean, perform minor maintenance and repairs around the facility, stock supplies, transport customers and/or vehicles, and more. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for advancement for the right candidate. Full-time position with benefits. Body Shop Porter Duties may Include: Keep body shop clean and clear of clutter Pick-up/Drop off customers when needed Replenish supplies, water, etc. as needed Minor wash/detail vehicles as a backup at times Deliver parts when necessary Attend all scheduled shifts on time Other duties assigned to assist in the operation of the body shop Body Shop Porter Requirements Candidate must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record Acceptable background record and verifiable work history Previous dealer experience a plus Drug-free workplace Ability to do physical work full-time, much of it outside Sunset Automotive Group Benefits Great starting pay, full-time hours with full benefits and opportunity to advance if desired.
