Description
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Tuesday will be a historic day in Cleveland Heights.
Voters will head to booths across the city and cast their ballot for Cleveland Heights' first-elected mayor. They'll choose between three candidates: Barbara Danforth, Melody Joy Hart and Kahlil Seren. A fourth name will appear on ballots, Josephine Moore, but she suspended her campaign in August.
The top two vote getters will move on to the November general, where voters will decide the final winner.
Polls will open at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday and remain open until 7:30 p.m. If you're unsure of where to vote, visit the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections website.
Of Cleveland Heights 33,959 registered voters, only 251 requested early in-person ballots. Only 249 actually returned those ballots, according to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
