Description
An older, neutered male chihuahua was found wandering alone. Very unique fur coloration & eye color. He's sweet and mellow, and now safe, but clearly misses his people. We want to reunite him with his loved ones.
Microchip scan revealed information linked to Roseburg (he was found wandering in the Tri City area); listed number was called and listed email was contacted. No replies have been made. It's possible changes have been made and not updated via chip.
