Deck Board Removal and Replacement

I have a deck project pending in Ocean City. I am looking for a decent crew to do the R and R. The existing boards are wood and the new boards will be composite and will utilize hidden fasteners. I need a Turnkey labor price for: 320 Square Feet of Deck Boards (rectangle all straight runs) R and R Approximately (36"-40" wide ) 20 stairs of Treads and Risers R and R 2 Landings -Approximately 4' x 8' (64 Total Square Feet) R and R There is a bunch of other work on this project but I am not looking for Bids on this YET as I want to keep this Ad and the replies to it VERY SIMPLE. I am only going to reply to those that REPLY WTH EITHER 3 LINE ITEMS OR ONE TURN KEY LABOR PRICE. Please tell me about your Deck Experience the size of your crew, and your availability for the next few weeks. Pictures of Previous work would be very helpful. Please include your phone number in your reply also. (For the right crew this project could last into October) (much more work not listed yet) All Materials will be on site, so will a Dumpster.
