(WTOC)A 14-year-old is dead after a shooting late Monday night on Emerald Drive in Savannah. Qahmaine Orr suffered gunshot wounds and was transported to a hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
