I am seeking a small, reasonably priced building or garage to rent for woodworking. It needs to have 240V power available, a concrete floor and be able to be secured. This would be a good way for a retired individual to have some additional income. I don’t drink or use drugs and I respect other people and their property. I build cutting boards and custom furniture.
