Customer Service Representative Dry Cleaners – Customer Service Representative (20-25 hours per week, $15/hr.) Paid Training Call or Text to schedule interview, Benefits Hourly rate $15/hr. No experience required Flexible work hours Potential for growth within large scale dry cleaning company – we are not a corner dry cleaners! Primary Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions Excellent customer service a must, tagging and marking incoming items, assembly of orders, Resolves service problems via phone or email Provides information about our products and services Takes inbound calls and follows up on previous customers Accurately records client information in the system Follows up on previous customers for potential sales Administrative support and other duties as assigned Ideal candidate must possess the following: Reliable Detailed-oriented, Great attitude, Responsible, Punctual, Basic computer literacy, Speaks English, Experience with digital marketing a plus, Must be able to work independently. Previous dry cleaners experience is preferred but not required. Company Background: We are a commercial dry cleaning company offering services to Southern Orange County.
