We are looking for a maintenance person for the repair jobs throughout our homes in Alb and one in Rio Rancho. Most work would be minor plumbing, drywall, fixes, moves, etc. We would call when we need work - which occurs quite often. Pay can be hourly or by the project. What ever you prefer.
