lost black female cat with white patch on back of neck

Description

Small female black cat with white patch on back of neck - missing since the morning of 9/14 near Open Range Trail / Oliver Loving / Abilene Trail area. Her collar is light pink with a hot pink heart tag. She is very shy / skittish and she is microchipped. We are devastated as this is unlike her. We think she was scared away due to construction noise in our neighbor's backyard. Please help her find her way home.
