Allen Property Group is eagerly searching for our next great team member at one of our three hotel properties here in beautiful Morro Bay. We are looking to fill a Maintenance position, F/T or P/T but must be able to work holidays and weekends. The ideal candidate would have some grounds keeping experience, painting, plumbing, minimal carpentry, and able run errands when needed. Additionally, we are seeking an upbeat person with a flexible schedule and self-management capabilities. We have a friendly, helpful, and hard-working staff, and are looking for someone comparable. Must be 18 years of age or older with a reliable mode of transportation and a valid California driver’s license, able to life at least 50lbs, and possess a can-do attitude. We believe heavily that there is always work to be done, and a good offense is the best defense!
