The National Sales Trainer is responsible for ensuring that all Sales Representatives are properly trained on all products offered, sales process and effective sales skills. This position is a resource for the entire sales team and will work in conjunction with the Organizational Development and Human Resources Teams. Essential Job Functions and Duties: Service as a subject matter expert on all MobilityWorks sales processes and procedures. Work with other internal departments (BDC, marketing, finance / operations) to enable an effective sales process. Develop and implement a training curricula for all sales positions within the organization. Develop and deliver a world-class training agenda, design and author training content, create certifications and programs for managers and individuals at all levels of the organization. Present training materials and conduct training classes for new-hires as well as team members who require additional one-on-one retraining. Discuss training gaps and create training plans with general managers to ensure training needs are met. Act as a resource to sales representatives on process, product and overcoming objections to support additional sales. Evaluate effectiveness of sales training programs and refine to ensure applicability and timely skill mastery throughout our network of stores. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Maintain learning Module systems with all required trainings, necessary updates regarding enrollment data and team member changes, and ensure system accuracy. Coordinate the scheduling, planning, allocation of resources, and reporting as required. Other duties may be assigned. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and all state mandated regulations. Comply with MW’s Core Values at all times (LOVE IT). Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in training preferred. Experience in the mobility industry or automotive sales preferred Knowledge of project management principles and processes. Knowledge of Learning Module Systems and other applicable computer systems. Strong value system and the highest level of personal and professional integrity. Ability to organize, prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated staff mentoring and development skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management. Ability to lead and collaborate in a team oriented environment. Project management skills. Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening.
