The Residential Construction Project Manager will lead the Field Staff in the construction of the entire project. You will provide leadership to the project staff and ensure quality and timely completion of projects. Qualified candidates will have proven experience managing residential projects. Some of the Project Manager’s job responsibilities consist of the following: • Develop & maintain detailed project schedules • Oversee the invoicing of customers & review of subcontractor applications for payment • Monitor & provide weekly job cost reports • Monitor project costs and Job Cost Report • Monitor project labor/material cost • Review and approve material, resources and equipment needs • Implement applicable safety and OSHA standards • Lead the project’s QC and quality process procedures We are immediately hiring the right candidate.
