I’ve seen this man in a documentary made on skid Row riding around on scooters made with Tesla coils with around 70 miles of go. I’ve been in the neighborhood and I’ve seen a man riding very fast on a scooter with a big speaker box sitting on it blasting loud music this may be the man. I say this because I am interested in free energy technology of course tesla coil‘s etc. etc. there is a documentary on YouTube I will seek to find out if you’re interested in which this man is showcased a very interesting individual
