Voter fraud is statistically non-existent in the United States, but prepare for GOP candidates to bleat about cheating every time they lose... and they will lose a lot. Democrats outnumber Republicans 2 to 1 in California, but Republicans will blame their failed recall on voter fraud. Democratic policies benefit a majority of Americans, but Republicans will blame lost elections on voter fraud. This is exactly why the GOP is trying to disenfranchise millions of Americans.
